Two wells are located on the property. One has a 50 HP turbine motor and the other has a 25 HP turbine motor and pump. Both wells have pressure bowls. The grapes are irrigated by a drip system and the trees are irrigated by way of furrow/border irrigation.
The average frost free growing season is approximately 270 days and the annual average rainfall is about 15 inches.
